Thanks to you, we kicked the pants off of that Kickstarter campaign
and I'm proud to say that all the rewards have been fulfilled. My office looked like a FedEx store in a hurricane for a long time, but it was worth it. You are amazing in your generosity and dedication to creative endeavors. Thank you.
In the absence of a full-time intern/cook/maid/accountant/secretary, our new album Dreamy Weather
has been making its way slowly into the outside world. Look for an official release, with requisite parties and press, sometime in the Spring or Summer.
Until then, the CD is available worldwide at my online store
, or in Austin at Waterloo Records
(where you'll get a very cool free poster with in-store purchase - ooh la la!).
I did manage to slip a copy of Dreamy Weather to the folks at Texas Music Magazine
, who included a review in their wonderful Winter 2013 Issue.
It doesn't feel much like Winter here in Austin, with temps climbing into the 80's today. Hard to believe the Northeast US is bracing for a blizzard. To those of you reading from up there, stay safe, be smart, maybe come visit us in the sun belt when it's all over.
Lots of love,
