After posting this photo on Facebook, I'm inspired by the comments to give you my recipe!
Erin Ivey's raw, sugar-free, dairy-free, guilt-free chocolates
1/2 c unfiltered coconut oil
1/2 tsp stevia powder (to taste)
1 pinch salt
1 Tbsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 c cocao powder
Add the stevia to the coconut oil. Pour into a blender (I like the bullet ones best).
Mix in vanilla & salt.
Mix in almond butter.
Mix in cocoa powder.
Pour into ice cube molds with a small spoon.
Put in the fridge for an hour or freezer for 20 minutes.
