This is from a tiny cemetary in Mossville, Illinois. The graves are from the mid-1800's and most are children. People live so much longer now. Do we still count the days?

28 and Other News

Thank you for the cards and flowers. A full recovery is expected for my little PowerBook after its recent brush with death. While it was teetering precariously between two worlds, I moved on... finding solace in a guitar effects processor for my birthday (28. finally!) and checking out amps that are way out of my league. It opened up a whole new and exciting world of things to break. I'll post new songs from my recent midlife crisis on erinivey.com as soon as I can get them recorded on my trusty PowerBook.
